Valdosta gets heated up by MMA
According to the trainer and head sensei of Valdosta martial arts centre, this Saturday you will get to see a lot of action which includes some tap outs, knockouts and choke outs as well.
Mixed martial arts or MMA has been growing exponentially over the past ten years and with the help of major networks which have been airing fights on prime times the fan base is all set to increase at a fast rate.
Those big names include Forrest Whitaker, Tito Ortiz and Ken Shamrock. They all got their starts at the same level and all these well known fighters are coming this Saturday at Valdosta.
Well the main and the most important event for summer heat is going to feature home town big Brett Chism. This time he is looking for a better outing than what he did last time. His win last month at the Wild Bill’s in Atlanta is going to provide him an extra boost.
As per Chism, in his last event out here he let down a huge number of fans but this time he is working hard and hoping of a much better comeback and aiming for a win.
Jason Wells from the Extreme Fighting Academy is going to be the opponent of Chism in the light heavyweight fight. Chism is not going to take him lightly and will be putting is best efforts to win the title.
