Jeff Joslin, also called “The Inferno” was born on 30th April 1975 in Hamilton, Ontario Canada. He is a Canadian mixed martial arts fighter and is the current APEX Welterweight Champion. His height is 6 ft and weight is 77 kg.

Joslin’s fighting styles include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Boxing and Wrestling. He has a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a 4th degree black belt in Wado Ryu Karate. He has also received “gold” as a reward, at the Pan American BJJ championships, for being a purple belt holder and has also won the Arnold/Gracie World BJJ Championships open weight division as a brown belt.

Jeff Joslin has also experienced a quite successful MMA career in Canada, and has a record of 5 wins by Knockout, 3 losses which were all agreed through decision and 0 draws. Joslin had also made it to the final round of tryouts for the Session 3, of The Ultimate Fighter but was unfortunately not selected for the series. Jeff Joslin made his entry in the “UFC” on 13 December 2006, at UFC Fight Night 7 against The Ultimate Fighter Season 1 expert “Josh Koscheck” but unfortunately Joslin lost this fight, through an agreed decision.

Jeff Joslin’s father, “Rick Joslin” who is a 3 time Canadian heavyweight Karate Champion owns a gym in Hamilton, Ontario called the “Joslin’s Karate & Kickboxing Studios”. This gym is ranked number 1 in Canada and 4th in the World. Jeff Joslin’s is one of the world’s most gifted MMA athletes and is believed to be Canada’s next George St. Pierre. He has been trained by the nations best Boxers, Wrestlers, and coaches.

Jeff Joslin started his training sessions, when he was only of five years and he has developed remarkable depth in his martial arts skills. He has won over 200 first place titles in striking, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and submission wrestling competition across two decades. He has a unique style of fighting and utilizes an electrifying blend of fighting techniques and strategies. He comes into the ring completely prepared for even the most dreadful opponent as he has many years of experience of boxing and wrestling.

Jeff Joslin always says that “I train equally in stand up and ground fighting to bring a well-roundedness to each and every fight in which I compete”, “To me it doesn’t matter if I win by Knockout or submission…I try to pressure my opponent until an opportunity to finish the fight presents itself”.

He is a great athlete, and he also enjoys helping martial arts students, achieve their personal goals. He believes in fighting and to create an entirely new level, for champion ultimate fighters.
