Josh burkman: wonderful sports personality and a wrestler too!

Josh Burkman was a superb sportsman right from his childhood. Ha played games like basketball, baseball and football in his early age and was favorite among his peers for his greats sports skills. He joined wrestling in the year 2002 and since then has been a fabulous fighter as well.
He attended Cottonwood High School, which was located in Salt Lake City of Utah. He was greatly devoted towards sports like baseball, football and wrestling. Being the captain of football team as well as football team, he received many trophies and awards for his wonderful performance and leadership skills. It was during his high school that wrestling became a passion for him. He was an amazing triple threat athlete in his high school years.
Being a fabulous pupil and a good student, josh received a scholarship for his college education. He attended Snow College where he continued playing football and baseball. He had an injury during his college time but that could not stop him from becoming a famous among his college mates. He continued to be the captain of his college team as well. He later joined Dixie College, at this college as well he won may matches and received many all-conference and all-American awards. Although he wanted to join Utah University but his wishes could not be fulfilled because of many reasons.
He signed up for a wrestling match for a colloquial championship, which as Ultimate Combat Experience. It was simpler and josh enjoyed the match, as he liked street fights. This match actually roused his more interest in wrestling and he decided to pursue wrestling as a career.
He took martial arts and became a professional fighter. With his amateur division itself he won around nine bouts. Although winning was not easy it was not easy as well. Wrestling required courage, which josh had and because of his courage only he could win hearts of his admirers. His victories soon earned him the name “the peoples Warrior”.
When he climbed the professional level, he fought his first match at Portland for Matt Lindland's "Sportfight Promotions" and Randy Couture. Although this match was declared as No contest, it was significant enough to catch attentions of his admirers because he was invited for training sessions held for Team Quest. Josh was quick enough to pack his bag for such a grand opportunity, where he performed very well and became a favorite spot among the team members.
Josh continued to work hard until the dooms day when he got a chance to play for the Ultimate fighter championship.
Well, the fight is still on as Josh has registered his name for the second UFC championship and for which he is all set to hit the ground. Hope he performs well to get the title of Ultimate fighter the second time.
