It's a make-or-break situation for Fabricio Werdum

Josh Haynes

Josh Haynes

Full name of Josh Haynes is Joshua Lee Haynes. He was born in the year 1977 in America. He is a famous mixed martial arts wrestler.  He has registered 7 victories and had lost eight times while contesting for MMA. Trained under the special guidance of Tito Ortiz. He is about 77kgs and is 175 tall. He ahs been a great wrestler but when he contested for the Ultimate fighting championship, he got victory over his opponent rather conspicuously.

For UFC he has to contest against Tait Fletcher, in the first half he was having a tough time. However, he won the match and this was rather controversial as in the first half he was evidently beaten by the techniques of Tait. During his semifinals he defeated Jessie forbs but later in the finals UFC 69 Luke Cummo defeated him. His training period started at Team Quest, which was focused mainly on Thai boxing and Jiu-Jitsu. He trained with many wrestlers and this has been the sole reason for his standing as a champion of the UFC once.

The training at Team quest helped him to improve his all over performance for fighting for MMA games. He himse4lf admits that he had wonderful coaches who helped him to improve his wrestling skills greatly. Out of the many coaches and trainers Mike Dolce was the one who taught him techniques but also motivated Josh Haynes to shift to welterweight wrestling.

Jeremy Wijers is the other trained coach who helped him to emerge as a successful wrestler. His specialty was his Thai boxing techniques that greatly helped Josh. Lately, Josh has been learning under many more wrestling trainers such as Eben Kaneshiro, Kurt Shrout and John Ramirez, who have been well acquainted with new Jiu-jitsu.

However, while he was playing for UFC 69, he was gaining expertise from Nate Quarry and Greg Thompson.

According to Josh he wanted become a fighter right from his childhood. However, he did not know how to get the aim he had set for himself. He was initially not well acquainted with all wrestling techniques and the only thing he had was few of the minor techniques, which he used for occasional fighting.

However, he soon realized that his lean body needs strength and so took a small leap to gain a few more pounds to his body. He soon became large with weighing almost around 330 pounds. He fought his first fight, which was prompted by his friend, as amateur fighter. This was his first fight in which he knew nothing of wrestling and its techniques. He was actually defeated in his first match. So, he decided not to fight without any preparation. This ideology helped him a lot and since then he has gathered some fame to his name.
