Justin Eilers

Justin Eilers is a famous American martial arts fighter. He was born on June 28, 1978 in Boise. He is presently fighting a heavy weight in the world enduro championship. His interest in the wrestling began when he was in 6th grade, and he wrestled in his high school. Since childhood, he loved the game of football but because of his low SAT scores unfortunately, he was not able to get the football scholarship. Soon after that he joined karate in a local school. He used to compete in small shows and undertook fighting championships against coming fighters like Jens Pulver, one of the popular fighters in Ultimate Fighting Championship.
Eilers left MMA for football when he got selected by Butte Junior College near Chico, California. He was appointed by Iowa State University as a linebacker. He would go on to play for Iowa State for the next four years. But during his college time he took off to recover from shoulder injury. It was during this time he got another chance to meet the fighter Jens Pulver.
In 2002, he made his MMA debut facing Dan Severn at Victory Fighting Championships 3. Eilers lost the championship but that experience made him to focus full time on mixed martial arts. After one month Eilers took up the MMA competition where he gained victory against Jeff Gerlick.
And then he fought against his old friend Mike Kyle at UFC49. He knocked him out in just 1 minute 4 seconds in first round. But he was suspended by Nevada State Athletic Commission because he injured his hand. Then finally he came back after recovering from it in February 2005 at Ultimate Fighting Championship and he faced a heavy weight contender Paunt Buentello. But he lost the fight. Later after four months he faced Andrei Arlovski and unfortunately he lost it and suffered from a lot of injuries during this match.
Then again he came back after 8 months and made a return at Octagon at Ultimate Fighting Championship. He had to drop fighting because he was injured on his knee by his opponent. Eilers banged rocky Batastini, Josh Diekman, Jihoon Kim because of the strikes.
He has won various championships like on 8th April 2007 during FSG - Coliseum Carnage, he won against scott Hough and knocked him out in just 4 minutes. Then during WEC 21-Tapout event he banged Jimmy Ambriz in just 5 minutes. Then in the Nationals MMA which happen in 2002, Eilers won against Jeff Gerlick and beat him in 2 minutes 56 seconds. Then during IC 8-Iowa Challenge 8 event, he won against Seth Peters and banged him with in just 5 minutes. Other championship that he has won include Euphoria-Russia vs USA, SB 33-SuperBrawl 33, IFC-Battleground Tahoe, IFC-Battleground Boise and IC 9-Iowa Challenge 9.
