It's a make-or-break situation for Fabricio Werdum

Lodune Sincaid

Lodune Sincaid

Lodune Sincaid is a professional ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ (TUF), mixed martial arts fighter combatant and a renowned boxer. Sincaid, born in St. Paul, Minnesota presently resides in Portland, Orlando. He is presently affiliated to Curt’s Ultimate Fitness and has a remarkable fighting record of 10 – 4 - 0 (10 wins, 4 losses and no draws).
Lodune Sincaid grew up in an obnoxious family. Sincaid’s father, was a psychotic and abusive drunkard, who regularly used Lodune as a human boxing bag to expel his daily disenchantments and subject his son to other brutal sufferings. Lodune’s sister and mother were also casualties of this insanity. Being brought up that way, Lodune’s grooming was similar in nature and it manifested itself in his fighting mind-set showing him what his assets and gifts are. Lodune truly believes to be a combatant and fight with a spirit of strength and survival.

Lodune’s hallmark as a wrestler lies in his versatility. Lodune stays at a flexible weight of around 185 to 205 lbs. so as to make an impact on both weight divisions on his never-ending quest of global fighting domination. Lodune has vast background experience with Benny The Jet, Gokor and Gene LeBell in California and back in Minnesota Lodune was self taught in the street. On joining the TUF, Lodune resourcefully trained under veteran Randy Couture. Randy was a great experience for him because Randy was an erstwhile champion himself and when one trains with a champion it helps one step up his game because one can get a glimpse into the window of what it takes to be a winner.

Sincaid at present trains at Sylvas Boxing Gym in Ventura with training partners Brian Peterson, Shawn Menendez and Jeremy Jackson. Sincaid also normally picks up hurly-burly partners whenever possible. Sylvas Boxing Gym, administered by George Sylva, helped him in a large way. Brian Peterson has proved to be a God send for Sincaid’s drastic improvement in his grappling game. His other trainers also include the likes of Marc Laimon, Ganyao Fairtex and Peter Welch. Kikskin, is one of Sincaid’s present sponsors; popular for their comfortable gears and high quality.

Following his brief stint on the Ultimate Fighter TV show, Lodune Sincaid commenced 2006 by being victorious thrice in a row and became a WEC champion. He defeated unyielding opponents in James Irvin, Alex Schoenauer, and Dan Molina. Sincaid was eventually attaining his potential as a fighter and exceeding the expectations of the fans. Unfortunately, it was during this era of his that Sincaid fell victim to his own personal problems. He then went on to suffer defeat at the hands of Jason "Mayhem" Miller and yielding his WEC title belt to Doug Marshall.

Succumbing to his previous couple of losses, coupled with heavy drinking has brought Sincaid to a mental health rehab facility where he is currently getting counseled.
