Victor Belfort is a martial artist of Brazil, who fought in both countries of Japan and United States. Most of his fight has taken place in Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and he has even won the former Light Heavyweight Champion UFA. He is known for winning over Randy Couture, Tank Abbott, Heath Herring and Wanderlei Silva. Victor Belfort has tied his wedding knots with Joana Prado and is blessed with a son, Davi. He was also involved in a Brazilian reality show and posed with his wife for a Brazilian edition of Playboy. He is good in speaking different languages like Spanish, French, English and Portuguese.
An event took place at Wembley Arena in London where Victor Belfort knocked out the Italian Ivan Serati and was honored at Cage Rage 21. Ivan Serati was replaced in the card for Marvin Eastman, the fighter who was brought in to the circle of fight by the Brazilian but he failed. Ivan Serati was crowned with five wins out of which four come to be technical knockout and the other by submission. But Ivan could not stand in front of the punches of Victor.
The victory of Victor Belfort in Yoshiki Takahashi was remarkable as it counted 30 seconds applying KO and he returned back to be in success list in a year’s time. The Cage Rage 21 fight was an important place of fight as a year back, black belt holder Carlson Gracie died in the ring and a year after the fight was between Victor Belfort and Ivan Serati. The black belt of Carlos Gracie was taken over by Victor Belfort and now he is an eminent member of Black House team. By that time Victor Belfort has defeated Wanderlei Silva by KO and even lost a match against Henderson.This match was a debut of Pride in Las Vegas that was decided by the judges.
Victor Belfort is famous for his fast and great strike that knocks down fist is considered his opponent in the Mixed Martial Arts. He is a trained boxer and his as a powerful weapon in any of his fighting event. His striking technique and body moves in the ring makes the opponent fear at his sight. This former Light Heavyweight Champion UFA becomes victim of his mental struggle that affects his fight style. He is trained with many style of martial fight which increases his speed and claim of his victory over his opponent. In the recent past he has lost many matches but that does not make any difference as his might is unchallengeable.
Vitor Belfort is known for winning boxing but he has an inclination for MMA (Mixed Martial Art). He considers his fame is due to his martial art skill among his fans and he is required to train himself in other technique where his opponent can take a quick chance over him. This old player will return with a bang and is not ready to be out of main stream fight. He has the potential with in him and will not disappoint his fan followings.
